New Article Posted - The Skinny on Fat - Part II: Burning Body Fat

In The Skinny on Fat - Part I we discussed fat intake. But what about getting rid of body fat? Surely you've heard all types of conflicting information. You should do your cardio after your resistance training. Wait, no, you should do it first thing in the morning. You should do lower intensity but longer durations of cardio training to burn a higher percentage of fat. Wait, no, you should do interval or short higher intensity cardio sessions to burn more fat overall. Which of these are correct? How can we wade through it all and find out what the real deal is? By listening to me, The Real Deal Tony C., that's how. I've done the work of sorting through all the nonsense and come and go "studies" and articles that get published. I've done it all and I know what works.
